PowerScribe 360 is retiring. Here's what replaces it.
Renewals end August 31, 2026. Don't migrate to a subscription of the same thing. Radattest is a fully customizable, AI-assisted dictation, reporting and quality-assurance platform, built by a radiologist to do everything PowerScribe 360 did — and everything it never could.
What we do versus PowerScribe 360
PowerScribe made you dictate. Radattest makes the report — and checks it.
It composes your impression in your voice, opens the priors, writes the interval change, times the criticals and counts the wRVUs. And quality assurance is built into the act of reading: eight checks run on every report before you sign, in the background, at no time cost — you see nothing unless something is actually caught, and fixing it is usually one click. The facility gets its quality evidence as a byproduct. Nobody audits you afterward, and nobody stops to do QA.
Because every radiologist wants it a different way, every one of those is a setting, per radiologist, on the same install. Change it yourself. It takes effect now.
PowerScribe 360
- Speech-to-text dictation
- AutoText macros and templates
- Structured report scaffolding
- One way of working, for everyone
- QA is somebody else's job, afterward
- Never ran on a Mac
Radattest
- Everything on the left, and your templates and macros come with you — imported from PowerScribe's own AutoText export, nothing rebuilt.
- AI-assisted impressions, in your voice. Composed as you dictate, ranked by importance, detail on a 1–10 dial — automatic, on request, or you write every word.
- Dictate in any order, or field by field. Sentences land in the right section as you speak. It learns your wording and keeps it.
- QA embedded, at no time cost. Eight checks before every signature — laterality, contradiction, coverage of the question asked — run in the background, silent unless something is caught, one click to fix. No retrospective audit. PowerScribe 360 has none of it.
- Guideline follow-up language written for you — Fleischner, TI-RADS — verified against the published text.
- Priors already open — last three impressions on the rail, measurements chained, interval change written in, continuity checked automatically.
- Critical results tracked and timed, with evidence.
- Turnaround measured against your own casemix, and wRVUs counted live as you sign — not a month-end spreadsheet.
- OPPE and peer-review packets ready, MIPS evaluated live — from the work you already did, never a separate audit.
- Windows and macOS. PowerScribe never ran on a Mac. Radattest does — see the Mac page.
Where this goes
One install that reads the way you do and gets better every week you use it. Every guideline table. Every check a reading room asks for. Every PACS. Built by a radiologist who reads on it every day and ships what the reading room asks for — you talk to him, not a roadmap. Security you verify yourself, on your own workstation: the checks are published.
